I had weekly Pilates and Hypopressive sessions with Natalie for the first few months postpartum. She helped me to come to terms with my prolapse diagnosis during a particularly dark time; to feel hopeful about my recovery and to start building back my strength and confidence in my body.
My prolapse symptoms reduced considerably and having someone to talk to who has been through it themselves was invaluable. I can’t thank Natalie enough for all the support she has given me.

I love Natalie's classes, she always seem to gauge the vibe of the room and creates our practice depending on the mood. There are always set sequences that everyone knows off by heart but she mixes each class up with challenging options and different sequences so each session is unique. And then, after an hour of yoga you get a lovely mini-head massage which is bliss!

Natalie is a fantastic yoga teacher, she has a very calm and soothing voice which is great for relaxation at the start and end of the class.
