I had weekly Pilates & Hypopressives sessions with Natalie for the first few months postpartum. She helped me to come to terms with my prolapse diagnosis during a particular dark time; to feel hopeful about my recovery; and to start to build my strength and confidence in my body.
My prolapse symptoms reduced considerably and having someone to talk to who has been through it themselves was invaluable. I can’t thank Natalie enough for all the support she has given me.
Natalie is incredibly passionate about supporting women to return to exercise post partum especially after stressful birth injuries. She has a lovely nature and explained & demonstrated the hypopressives technique so clearly. Natalie has always been so responsive and I can’t thank her enough for the support she’s provided me over the last few months.
Natalie is a lovely teacher who really takes her time to hear your story and tries to understand what your needs are. She helped me a lot with different Hypopressive poses for my Cystocele prolapse and made sure I was doing them correctly. I felt instantly secure enough to tell my story and symptoms. Now I’m doing my exercises with confidence and hopefully my symptoms will be less in time. I would recommend to do a class with her!
I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the practical advice on lifting babies off the floor. Been doing today with a real live wriggling monster and it’s been so much better and I feel safer. Thanks so much!!.
I loved the yoga sessions I did with Nat – I looked forward to each and every one of them and always felt like a new woman afterwards! Nat has a brilliant down-to-earth style. Her teaching is incredibly clear and responsive (even on Zoom with – at my end - tricky angling of the ipad and a dog who wanted to get on camera a lot of the time!). Every session felt individually tailored and as though she somehow knew exactly what my mood / energy level was and what I needed that particular day. My sessions with Nat did a huge amount to boost my (flagging) postnatal confidence and help me along the journey to feeling stronger and more confident again. I would 100% recommend Nat and have done already to my friends!
Not only is Natalie honest but she makes me feel completely at ease. The first teacher who has made me feel comfortable to be myself with my condition. My strength keeps improving with her help. She cares a lot about what she does. And is fantastic at it. I will probably continue to go back and back even for chats.
I love it!!! We all had Covid and I was terrified of the coughing. Did my exercises and got instant relief. Also don’t have to see my physio so often. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Natalie is a wonderful Hypopressives teacher, I learnt so much in only a few sessions. I love how she mixes in Yoga and Pilates to make the most of what limited workout time us mums have. Before I started, I was worried I might not “get it” but she broke everything down so simply and was happy to provide further support and clarification outside of sessions. I highly recommend Natalie and will definitely continue to work with her in the future.

I found Natalie's page after I was left with a bladder prolapse and needed help. I wish I had found her sooner! Having been through it herself and healed her prolapse, it gave me a lot of hope and encouragement that by following her exercises I could relieve my symptoms too.
I loved speaking with her, its like chatting to a friend that is very warm and relatable. Her teaching manner is calm, supportive and patient until she is happy that you have the technique nailed!
She has an expert eye and was able to give me minor hypopressive corrections over zoom that made a huge difference in being able to lift my pelvic floor correctly.
Would highly recommend reaching out and booking her free 15 minute call, thanks Natalie! Fozia - Client.
Thank you Natalie for a Brilliant session. I finished it feeling energised and motivated to keep practising. You made me feel at ease right from the beginning and I never felt any question is a daft question. Thank you. Jo - Physio and client.
